We have no way knowing that the court will hear the case and of course no way of predicting that if they hear it the verdict will be favorable. Obviously, even a favorable opinion by the Court would not suddenly entitle everyone to walk out in a dress and if it did there would still be considerations of family, business responsibilities etc., to consider. However, a review by the court and a favorable ver- dict would be the beginning of an attack not only on repressive laws but on social ignorance and prejudice. too. It was the school integration decision of 4 or 5 years ago that started the change in the social climate that has brought about so many integrating changes since.
